Saladino!

Circa designers find amazing inspiration from John Saladino, world renowned interior designer. Saladino offers a romantic, classical approach to design with rooms that resemble a still life. His organic style is refreshing, dependent on architectural elements rather than "fluff."
His books are great go-to's for gifts and should be a standard for your design library. Even if you could care less about reading this book it looks fabulous on your coffee table!!!

His latest, Saladino Villa, previews his home in the California Hills...amazing gardens!
$95

His first book, Style by Saladino, covers design problems as well as previews some of his work. The photography is great! Very fun to flip through!

Olive Cheese Bread

Ingredients: french bread, 6 oz. jar pimento stuffed green olives, 6 oz. can black olives, 2 green onions, 1 stick of butter, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, & 3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack Cheese.

Directions:
-Chop the black & green olives.
-Slice & chop green onions into thin pieces.
-In a mixing bowl, stir softened butter, mayonaise, cheese, & olives until thoroughly combined (You can use this immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days.)
-Slice the loaf of french bread lengthwise.
-Spread the mixture evenly onto both halves of the bread. (It may look like too much but it will gradually flatten and soak into the bread while baking.)
-Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted & top turns light brown.
-Serve with a salad!
