The kitchen of one of Charlotte's finest architects, Ruard Veltman, was recently published in House Beautiful. This kitchen is like no-other. In fact, the kitchen is part of the living/ dining space with additional kitchen space in a working pantry behind. This concept certainly satisfies his family's lifestyle and needs which is the most brilliant aspect of his design. I love this pair of sconces as well as the lighting fixture over the dining table!

The sink is so nice and hidden with the plumbing emerging from the wall and a handle hidden within the sink.
In the pantry, you'll find a Stella Artois tap (most guys I know would love that!) over the 12' industrial sink. What a wonderful workspace!
Open shelves in the pantry area display white china and clear glassware. I love Veltman's take on this: "If you want to be timeless, keep it simple." Genius!
