Lamps & Mirrors help light any room. By hanging a mirror on a wall across from a window you are able to reflect natural light which I consider the best form. You're also able to make the room look larger. Personally, I am not a big fan of overhead lighting unless it is on a dimmer. I prefer lamp light.
